Getting hold of us

We have not published a support address yet. Until we do, the routes below are the ones that work — and the first of them is faster than email would be anyway.

We are small. Email is answered during the day, not overnight — so if an aircraft is on the ground right now, post the job rather than write to us. The board reaches mechanics in seconds and does not wait for us to read anything.

An aircraft is grounded right now

Post it. That is the fastest path — it reaches every verified mechanic in range within seconds, which is faster than we can read an email and do it for you.

Post the squawk

You cannot post, and you need to

If posting is refused — a rate limit, a tail number the form will not accept, anything else — write to us with the tail number, the airport, and what is wrong. We will post it for you.

You cannot get into your account

Try the reset link first. It works on its own and does not wait for us. We will never ask you for your password, and we cannot read it.

Something looks wrong on a job

Every job has a report link on it, which reaches a dispatcher with the job's context attached. Use that in preference to email — it does not depend on anybody reading a mailbox. It does not stop the job: a dispatcher reads it and decides, including whether to put the job on hold. If an aircraft is unsafe to fly right now, say so to the operator and the mechanic directly as well.

You found a security problem

Tell us before you tell anyone else and we will fix it. Include enough to reproduce it.
